Job Description/Responsibilities:
Prepare Mushok 6.3 in compliance with VAT regulations.
Maintain the Mushok 6.2.1 Register Book accurately and regularly.
Assist in product costing and support the pricing strategy with detailed cost analysis.
Prepare the annual budget, incorporating organizational goals and financial forecasts.
Generate monthly Budget vs. Actual Reports to track financial performance.
Manage and monitor Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely collections and reporting.
Analyze and calculate profitability of various sales deals to support strategic decision-making.
Address and resolve VAT-related operational issues as they arise.
Perform daily accounting and finance tasks as part of routine operations.
Prepare Monthly Operating Accounts to reflect financial status and performance.
Conduct monthly inventory audits to ensure accuracy and control.
Compile and present Sales & Collection Reports on a regular basis.
Handle and resolve any operational accounting issues to maintain smooth financial operations.
