• BBA / MBA or Post Graduation Degree in Accounting, Finance, Accounting Information System.

• Age At least 18 years

• Active experience in working in a corporate accounting function or working with an ERP application.

• ERP/SAP Knowledge based experience will be preferred.

• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting debits/Credits and high proficiency in MS Excel.

• Good communication skill in English and Bangla.

Job Context

Meghna Group of Industries (MGI) is one of the largest and leading conglomerates in Bangladesh. MGI is seeking dynamic and result-oriented individuals to join the ERP Core Team as an Executive / Sr. Executive focusing on the FICO Module. The individual will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and optimizing FICO operations in SAP/ERP to ensure accurate financial processes, smooth system functionality and effective user support. The role will contribute to the successful implementation and continuous improvement of ERP processes and will report to the department head.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage FICO Master Data including creating and modifying Cost Centers, Profit Centers and Chart of Accounts.

• Maintain Bangladesh-specific tax structures like local VAT, TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and withholding tax codes in the ERP system.

• Collaborate with other core module teams to test data flows between FICO, PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales & Distribution).

• Ensure smooth FICO operations by providing user support, resolving system and process-related issues, guiding users and making necessary adjustments to ensure accurate financial data visibility.

• Improve user competency and effective system utilization by developing and conducting periodic FICO user training programs.
