Experience:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• CA, ACCA, CPA, CIA, CISA, or equivalent qualification preferred

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Age At least 24 years

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role

• Strong knowledge of internal auditing, risk management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance

• Excellent analytical, report writing, and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit management tools

• Willingness to travel to branch offices

Grameen Shakti Samajik Byabosha Limited is looking for an experienced Audit Manager to lead the Internal Audit function, ensuring effective governance, risk management, internal controls, and compliance across the organization.

Department: Internal Audit

Job Location: Head Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan

• Lead audit assignments and prepare high-quality audit reports

• Assess internal controls, risk management, and governance practices

• Review financial, procurement, and operational activities for compliance

• Identify risks and recommend corrective actions

• Present audit findings to senior management and the Board

• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and mentor the audit team
