• 3-6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, ERP operations, or Process Improvement.

• Solid understanding of SCM processes and working knowledge of ERP systems.

• Strong Excel and data analysis capability.

• Strong documentation skills, including process mapping and SOP development.

• Clear communication skills and a proactive learning mindset.

• Experience with SAP/MM, exposure to Power BI or dashboards, and prior digital transformation exposure will be

• considered an advantage.

The Assistant Manager SCM Digital Al and Automation will be responsible for supporting the execution of SCM digital initiatives by coordinating business requirements, process documentation, testing, user support, and implementation activities between SCM teams and MIS.

What You Will Do

• Support implementation of SCM digital roadmap projects, maintaining project trackers, action logs, and implementation updates.

• Document current SCM processes, prepare process flow diagrams, and support development of SOPs.

• Identify manual activities suitable for automation.

• Support ERP process understanding, analyze SCM reports, and validate master and transactional data quality.

• Support dashboard and analytics initiatives across SCM functions.

• Prepare test scenarios, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and document issues through to resolution.

• Support system rollout, prepare user guides, assist training activities, and monitor system adoption.

• Support identification of automation opportunities, assist in Al use case implementation, and track post-implementation benefits.
