• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Finance & Banking
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management, Finance & Banking
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• 4 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Electric Wire/Cable, Technical Infrastructure, Fire Fighting and Safety, Airport Service, Building & Construction Materials

• Age 29 to 50 years

Procurement Planning & Execution

·        Receive and review purchase requisitions from concerned departments.

·        Prepare RFQs and collect quotations from suppliers.

·        Compare offers and prepare comparative statements.

·        Process purchase orders and follow up on approvals.

·        Monitor procurement progress to ensure timely delivery.

Sourcing & Negotiation

·        Identify suitable suppliers and obtain competitive pricing.

·        Conduct commercial discussions with vendors.

·        Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

·        Support cost-saving initiatives through effective sourcing.

Vendor Management

·        Maintain relationships with existing suppliers.

·        Evaluate supplier performance periodically.

·        Assist in onboarding new vendors.

·        Maintain approved vendor database and records

Procurement Process Management

·        Track purchase orders (PO) from placement to delivery.

·        Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery commitments.

·        Resolve delivery and procurement-related issues.

·        Ensure materials are available as per project or operational requirements.

Supplier Credit Facility Management

·        Negotiate favorable payment terms with suppliers.

·        Increase supplier credit periods and payment flexibility.

·        Develop strategic relationships with suppliers to secure improved credit facilities.

·        Monitor adherence to agreed commercial terms.

·        Support finance team through optimized working capital management.
