Experience:
2–3 years of proven experience in inventory, warehouse, or store management within an e-commerce company is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in e-commerce order fulfilment, parcel dispatch, courier coordination, and return management is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Software.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, SKU management, and stock documentation.
Excellent numerical, analytical, and record-keeping skills with a high level of accuracy.
Honest, trustworthy, organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Experience with ERP or accounting software will be considered an advantage.
Must provide one acceptable guarantor as per the Company’s policy.
Must sign the Company’s Undertaking and Confidentiality Agreement before joining.
We are urgently hiring an experienced Inventory Officer to join VITTORIO LUSSO LIMITED and manage inventory and stock operations for our two lifestyle brands:

Receive, inspect, verify, and record incoming materials and finished goods accurately.
Maintain real-time inventory records and process all stock movements using the Company’s ERP/Inventory Management Software.
Manage product SKUs, stock-in, stock-out, transfers, adjustments, returns, and other inventory transactions in the ERP system.
Pick, verify, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for timely dispatch.
Hand over parcels to courier/delivery partners and maintain proper dispatch and delivery records.
Receive and verify returned, cancelled, exchanged, and undelivered parcels and update the ERP system accordingly.
Inspect returned products and properly restock saleable items while recording damaged or non-saleable items separately.
Monitor stock levels and report low stock, excess stock, damages, shortages, or discrepancies to management.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with ERP/system records.
Maintain proper storage, labeling, SKU-wise organization, safety, and security of all inventory.
Verify and maintain GRNs, delivery challans, requisitions, courier records, return records, and other inventory documents.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory, stock movement, dispatch, and return reports.
Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Sales, Customer Engagement, Accounts, and Logistics teams for smooth inventory and order fulfilment operations.
Assist with inventory audits, investigate stock discrepancies, and ensure effective inventory control.
Perform any other inventory, warehouse, e-commerce fulfilment, or logistics-related duties assigned by management.
