Responsibilities & Context:

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with drivers and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient daily transportation and distribution operations.

• Maintain regular communication with the Sales Team to provide timely delivery status updates and information on pending orders.

• Liaise with relevant internal departments to identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues and ensure uninterrupted business activities.

• Communicate with customers to address delivery-related complaints, provide necessary support, and collect post-delivery feedback to improve service quality.

• Monitor drivers’ trips, trip frequency, routes, and delivery performance to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company requirements.

• Track delivery progress and follow up with drivers and relevant parties to ensure timely delivery of products in accordance with company standards.

• Prepare, update, and maintain daily operational reports, delivery records, and other relevant documentation.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
