The Executive/Sr. Executive, Purchase & Procurement (Technical) should be capable to handle group technical & general Purchase & Procurement of this group.

Key Responsibilities:
Identifying and Evaluating Suppliers:
Researching and assessing potential suppliers based on factors like technical specifications, quality, pricing, and reliability.
Negotiating Contracts:
Working with suppliers to secure favorable terms, prices, and delivery schedules for goods and services.
Purchase Order Management:
Creating, processing, and tracking purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Vendor Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication.
Inventory Management:
Monitoring stock levels, managing inventory replenishment, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
Contract Management:
Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions, monitoring contract performance, and managing contract renewals.
Cost Management:
Identifying opportunities for cost savings, negotiating prices, and optimizing procurement processes to reduce expenses.
Compliance:
Ensuring all procurement activities adhere to relevant regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
Reporting and Analysis:
Preparing reports on procurement activities, analyzing data, and identifying trends to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Collaboration:
Working closely with internal teams (e.g., engineering, finance, operations) to understand their needs and ensure alignment on procurement strategies.
Staying Updated:
Keeping abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in procurement.
