The Shift Engineer-Electrical Production, Packaging & Maintenance should be manage Production, Packaging & Maintenance of Packaging. The ideal candidate must have expertise in PLCs, AC/DC drives, low/medium voltage switchgear, and packaging automation of Packing Plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Line Support: Oversee electrical operations of high-speed manufacturing lines, minimizing downtime.

• Packaging Machinery Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, pneumatic, and electronic systems for packaging lines.

• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance (PM/CM): Execute scheduled maintenance on motors, drives, inverters, and PLCs.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and guide electrical technicians on the floor.

• Compliance & Safety: Make sure safety and security of its operations.
