Responsibilities & Context:
Receive and review bills for supplied materials and services from concerned personnel.
Verify suppliers’ claims against delivery documents, supporting justifications, and relevant records before forwarding audited bills to Accounts & Finance.
Resolve disputed and problematic bills, including long-pending dues, and submit monthly status reports to the HOD.
Disseminate payment-related information and VAT certificates to the concerned purchasers.
Conduct and maintain a comprehensive market survey system to ensure updated market prices and identify suitable alternative suppliers/products.
