Responsibilities & Context:

• Coordinate daily distribution operations and ensure timely and complete delivery of goods as per customer orders and delivery schedules.

• Plan, prepare, and review new and existing delivery routes, mileage, and vehicle KPL to ensure efficient vehicle utilization and transportation cost control.

• Monitor goods in transit, stock levels, delivery performance, and resolve distribution-related issues such as delays, discrepancies, and transportation challenges.

• Coordinate with third-party transporters, vendors, suppliers, and drivers to ensure smooth operations and compliance with agreed timelines and service standards.

• Check and verify driver bills on a daily basis and ensure accurate submission of bill information to the Accounts Department for trip advance processing.

• Ensure timely posting and processing of third-party hired vehicle bills and verify third-party fuel bills and supporting documents.

• Ensure all vehicle documents and papers are updated in coordination with the Head Office team.

• Prepare and submit cash bills and other related transportation bills to management for approval.

• Maintain accurate records of distribution, vehicle, driver, fuel, and transportation-related activities.

• Ensure proper preservation and filing of all approved documents and maintain all required register books.
