Responsibilities & Context:

Quality Feeds Limited is seeking a dedicated and responsible Store & Distribution Officer for its Bogura Factory. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing frozen inventory, ensuring accurate stock control, maintaining proper storage conditions and coordinating the timely distribution of products. Since the store handles frozen food items, the candidate must be mentally and physically prepared to work in a cold storage environment while maintaining high standards of food safety and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect and record incoming frozen products and materials.

• Ensure proper storage of frozen items by maintaining required temperature standards.

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records in ERP.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports.

• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

• Follow FIFO/FEFO principles for inventory management.

• Coordinate product dispatch according to delivery schedules.

• Prepare delivery documents, challans, invoices and gate passes as required.

• Work closely with Production, Sales, Logistics and Transport teams to ensure timely product distribution.

• Supervise loading and unloading activities while ensuring product quality and safety.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety within the frozen warehouse.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards and workplace health and safety regulations.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
