Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

• Professional certification / specialized training or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Marketing or a related field will be preferred.

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Only Male

Candidates with strong experience in both print and digital design will receive preference.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing creative and visually engaging designs for Quality Feeds Limited and its business activities for its newly established corporate office at Q Centre, Swadesh, Purbachal (300 Feet). The position will support branding, marketing, digital communication, promotional campaigns, corporate communication, product presentations, social media content and other visual communication requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and professional designs for corporate, marketing, promotional and digital communication materials.

• Design social media posts, banners, posters, flyers, brochures, leaflets, catalogues, advertisements, invitations, certificates, presentations and other promotional materials.

• Create creative concepts and visual layouts based on campaign objectives and target audiences.

• Prepare high-resolution and print-ready files according to printing specifications for both digital and print media.

• Support the development of branding materials for company events, campaigns, exhibitions, fairs and corporate programs.

• Create engaging visual content for Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites and other digital platforms.

• Develop promotional materials for products, sales campaigns, dealer/agent programs, exhibitions, events and other marketing activities.

• Support the preparation of visual materials for customer, dealer, agent, farmer and internal organizational communication.

• Develop simple motion graphics, animated posts, reels, promotional videos and presentation visuals for social media and digital platforms.

• Coordinate with printing vendors regarding size, color, paper, finishing and other technical specifications.

• Review proofs and ensure final printed materials meet approved design standards.

• Design internal notices, newsletters, certificates, event materials, employee recognition materials and presentation templates.

• Handle urgent and last-minute design requirements when necessary.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager or management.
