প্রাসঙ্গিক কাজে ১ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা কাম্য; ভালো Portfolio থাকলে Freshers-ও আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
Adobe Photoshop ও Illustrator-এ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve বা সমমানের Software জানা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।
After Effects, Motion Graphics বা Illustration দক্ষতা অতিরিক্ত যোগ্যতা।বাংলা Typography, Layout, বানান ও Print File Preparation সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
শিশুদের বই, শিক্ষামূলক কনটেন্ট, Toy বা E-commerce Product নিয়ে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।
Creative Thinking, Attention to Detail এবং সময়মতো কাজ শেষ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
Responsibilities & Context:
Book & Print Design
শিশুদের বইয়ের Cover, Page Layout, Worksheet ও Activity Page ডিজাইন করা।
বাংলা, ইংরেজি ও আরবি কনটেন্ট অনুযায়ী ফন্ট, ছবি, রঙ ও লেআউট নির্বাচন করা।
Packaging, Catalogue, Brochure ও অন্যান্য Print Material ডিজাইন করা।
Print-ready ফাইল সঠিক Size, Bleed, Resolution ও Color Mode-এ প্রস্তুত করা।
Graphic & Social Media Design
Facebook, Instagram ও অন্যান্য প্ল্যাটফর্মের জন্য Post, Banner, Carousel ও Ad Creative তৈরি করা।
Product Image Editing এবং ব্র্যান্ডের নির্ধারিত Visual Style বজায় রাখা।
Video Editing
Product Demo, Promotional Video, Reels, Shorts ও Ad Video তৈরি/এডিট করা।
Cutting, Color Correction, Audio, Subtitle, Text Animation ও প্রয়োজনীয় Motion Graphics যুক্ত করা।
9:16, 1:1 ও 16:9 ফরম্যাটে ভিডিও প্রস্তুত করা।
General Responsibilities
নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে কাজ সম্পন্ন করা এবং Feedback অনুযায়ী Revision করা।
Final File-এর সঙ্গে Editable Source/Project File গুছিয়ে হস্তান্তর করা।
ছবি, Font, Music ও অন্যান্য Asset বৈধভাবে ব্যবহার করা।
