Responsibilities & Context:
Inventory Management analysis & reporting.
Accounting record procedure in ORACLE Software of all expenses.
Physical Inventory counting and adjustment in ORACLE (monthly).
Payment to all driver as advance against trip cost in shifting basis.
Bill checking and adjustment.
All bill process & send to Audit department.
Fund requisition as per delivery forecast.
Banking activities (if needed).
