We are looking for proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Associates to help expand our network and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and market research.
Connect with startup founders, entrepreneurs, SMEs, and business decision-makers to introduce Capitova Ventures' services.
Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups with prospective clients and partners.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to execute business growth initiatives.
Research industry trends, competitors, and potential market opportunities.
Achieve weekly outreach and business development targets while maintaining high-quality client interactions.
