Responsibilities & Context:
Job Description / Responsibility
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and submit VAT and Tax returns in compliance with government regulations.
Handle payroll processing and employee salary disbursement.
Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
Ensure timely payment to suppliers and vendors.
Collaborate with auditors during audits and prepare required documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company policies.
Any other task decided by the management.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
Experience in Tally ERP (Required)
Experience in FMCG (Preferred)
Additional Requirements
Must be proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
At least multiple years of professional experience in accounting.
Experience in trading or a similar industry will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of VAT, Tax, and financial compliance in Bangladesh.
Good command of English and Bangla (both written and spoken).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.
