Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual PF Accounts
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and audit coordination.
Develop and monitor monthly budgets, ensuring effective cost control and variance analysis.
Preparation of Quarterly FDI Report.
Oversee export-import financing, banking transactions, VAT, AIT, and customs documentation.
Ensure full compliance with updated provisions of Bangladesh VAT, Tax, Company, and Provident Fund Laws.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax, VAT, and reporting standards.
Ensure proper calculation, deduction, and deposit of VAT as per applicable laws.
Review VAT challans, returns, and supporting documents before submission.
Ensure proper deduction and deposit of withholding tax on all applicable payments.
Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns on time.
Liaise with tax authorities for assessment, audit, and refund processes.
Act as the company’s representative in all VAT and Tax-related audits and hearings.
Maintain professional relationships with RJSC, Tax Office, NBR, VAT offices, and other regulatory bodies.
Maintain accurate records in Tally software and ensure data integrity.
Conduct Weekly reconciliations of bank, cash, and stock accounts.
Supervise vendor payments, and receivables management.
Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
Prepare and file statutory returns accurately and on time.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Submit annual return with RJSC
Guide and monitor the Accounts & Finance team to ensure efficiency and accountability.
Strengthen internal control systems and establish financial policies and SOPs.
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Material Management department to ensure smooth financial operations.
Support management in strategic decision-making, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
