  • Advanced knowledge in computer literacy with MS Office (Specially Advance Excel) - Mendatory

  • Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Verify and process factory bills, vouchers, supporting documents, and payment requests in accordance with company policies and approval procedures.

  • Manage factory petty cash and maintain accurate records of all cash transactions, payments, and supporting documents.

  • Maintain daily cash management and ensure adequate cash availability for factory operational requirements.

  • Monitor petty cash and imprest fund utilization, prepare utilization statements, and perform variance analysis against approved limits and budgets.

  • Prepare and submit fund requisitions to the Corporate Office based on approved factory requirements and cash flow needs.

  • Ensure timely submission of bills, vouchers, and supporting documents to the Corporate Office for accounting and settlement purposes.

  • Maintain cost-center-wise records of factory expenses and monitor expenditure against the approved budget/business plan (BP).

  • Analyze factory expenses and identify significant variances, cost overruns, and opportunities for cost optimization and control.

  • Verify and record factory wages and related payments, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy of records.

  • Verify, record, and monitor factory conveyance expenses and other operational expenses in accordance with approved policies.

  • Ensure adequate provision/accrual for monthly factory expenses during month-end closing and reconcile provisions with actual expenses.

  • Review and verify daily Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and returned products at the factory to ensure proper documentation and accounting records.

  • Coordinate with relevant factory departments to investigate the root causes of wastage, scrap, inventory discrepancies, and other financial variances.

  • Analyze inventory variances and identify root causes of discrepancies, shortages, excesses, or abnormal movements, and recommend corrective actions.

  • Identify, verify, and properly record factory assets, ensuring accurate maintenance of the fixed asset register and asset schedules.

  • Conduct periodic verification of factory assets and coordinate with relevant departments regarding asset additions, transfers, disposals, and discrepancies.

  • Maintain proper documentation and records for all factory accounting transactions and ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information.

  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities by providing accurate factory-related financial information, schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.

  • Assist in internal and external audit activities by providing required documents, explanations, reconciliations, and supporting schedules related to factory accounts.

  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies, accounting procedures, internal controls, approved budgets, and applicable rules and regulations.

  • Prepare regular reports on factory cash position, expenses, budget utilization, inventory variances, wastage, scrap, and other relevant financial matters as required by management.

  • Identify weaknesses in existing financial processes and recommend measures to strengthen internal controls and improve operational efficiency.

  • Perform any other accounts, finance, or financial-control-related responsibilities assigned by the management/supervisor from time to time.
