Analytical skill management and leadership presentation and reporting risk management also known as computer office management like as MS Word, MS Excel. MS PowerPoint. Email corresponding.
Responsibilities & Context:
Checked Daily Local Purchase Bills, Petty Cash Book, Vehicle maintenance and Other Fuel Bills.
Check Requisition, MRR, Stock Ledger, Gate pass, Challan, Received and Issued Records of Materials
Check & Report on all Types of Purchase, Production, Wastage Management.
Monitor Stock of Raw Materials, Finished Product & Delivery as per Invoice.
To ensure Physical Verification of Cash and Stock as required.
To Check and verify all Sorts of Transactions, Bill, Voucher etc.
Assist to department head for develop adequate policies, procedures, and processes for the Cost Control function to maintain efficient operational excellence.
Check all transactions like receive vouchers, payment vouchers, and Journal vouchers maintained by accounts software (Tally).
Verify market frequently as required by the department.
Perform other relevant duties as required from the department.
