The candidate should have B.Sc (Hon's) with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations. (Major in Agriculture/ Science/ Social science will be given preference)

Knowledge on packaging, inventory management, distribution technique, modern machinery, inventory Management, supply chain management, seed quality and seed rules, Factory operation management will be given preference

Develop, forecast, and execute daily and seasonal packaging plans aligned with production capacity, inventory levels, and distribution targets
Delegate packaging tasks, supervise packaging personnel, and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and operational alignment
Manage end-to-end inventory of packaging materials by forecasting seasonal requirements to prevent stock-outs and minimize excess inventory and waste
Procure and ensure the timely availability of essential packaging materials, including packets, stickers, cartons, sacks, and threads
Maintain accurate inventory records by updating BIN cards, conducting regular physical stock audits, and reconciling manual and digital inventory records
Coordinate the timely transfer and handover of finished products to the distribution and warehouse teams, ensuring accurate stock reconciliation
Enforce compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout packaging, inventory management, and material handling processes
Verify the correct seed variety, lot, and quality in collaboration with the Quality team and distribute the required seed to laborers to achieve daily packaging targets
Supervise packet printing activities and obtain Quality team approval for all printed information and seals before use
Monitor weighing and heat-sealing operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and achievement of daily packaging targets
Distribute the required packets and stickers to the packaging area and oversee sticker application to ensure packaging accuracy and quality
Provide printed packaging materials to laborers before packing activities commence to eliminate operational downtime
Prepare and submit accurate daily labor bills to the supervisor within established timelines.
Prepare daily operational reports and maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date supporting documents and registers on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
