Additional Requirements:

1/ Professional Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Import-Export Management.
2/Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree from any recognized university (candidates with a background in Supply Chain Management or Business will be given preference).
3/Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in both English and Bengali, including professional email writing proficiency.
4/Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Word.
5/Operational Expertise: Ability to process and handle import-export documentation (such as L/C, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and BL/HAWB), coordinate with Customs, C&F agents, forwarders, banks, and shipping lines, and track shipments for timely delivery.
Responsibilities & Context:
1/ ইমপোর্ট ও এক্সপোর্ট সংক্রান্ত যাবতীয় নথিপত্র (L/C, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/HAWB ইত্যাদি) প্রসেস ও হ্যান্ডেল করা।
2/ কাস্টমস ক্লিয়ারেন্স, সিএন্ডএফ (C&F) এজেন্ট এবং ফরোয়ার্ডিং এজেন্টের সাথে সার্বিক যোগাযোগ ও সমন্বয় রাখা।
3/ ব্যাংক, শিপিং লাইন এবং সরকারি অনুমোদন/লাইসেন্স সংক্রান্ত কাজ পরিচালনা করা।
4/ প্রডাক্টের শিপমেন্ট ট্র্যাকিং করা এবং সময়মতো ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করা।
