• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Age 25 to 34 years

Requisition & Procurement Management:

• Scrutinize purchase requisitions for accuracy and approval compliance.

• Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) ensuring alignment with demand forecasts.

• Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmation, pricing, and lead time adherence.

Supplier & Order Management:

• Ensure the timely delivery of quality raw materials, packaging materials, and maintenance items.

• Monitor supplier performance, addressing any delays or quality issues.

• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and supplier interactions.

Inventory & Logistics Coordination:

• Work with the warehouse and logistics teams to track incoming shipments.

• Ensure that inventory levels are maintained to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

• Support in optimizing transportation and delivery schedules for efficiency.

Invoice Processing & Payment Coordination:

• Process supplier bills and verify them against POs and delivery receipts.

• Coordinate with the finance/accounts team for timely payment processing.

• Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.

• Prepare reports on procurement status, supplier performance, and cost efficiency.

• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to supply chain optimization initiatives.
