• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Ensure proper product placement, availability, and visibility in all outlets.

Team Management

• Supervise and guide Sales Officers / SRs to ensure daily target achievement.
• Conduct regular team meetings, route planning, and performance reviews.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and motivate the team to deliver consistent results.

Channel & Distributor Management

• Manage distributor operations including stock, claim, and credit control.
• Monitor distributor ROI and ensure efficient secondary sales flow.
• Build and maintain strong trade relationships.

Market Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of all reports.

Brand Visibility & Merchandising

• Ensure effective execution of trade promotions and merchandising guidelines.
• Work with the marketing team to implement brand activation programs.
