Responsibilities & Context:
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Ensure proper product placement, availability, and visibility in all outlets.
Team Management
- Supervise and guide Sales Officers / SRs to ensure daily target achievement.
- Conduct regular team meetings, route planning, and performance reviews.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and motivate the team to deliver consistent results.
Channel & Distributor Management
- Manage distributor operations including stock, claim, and credit control.
- Monitor distributor ROI and ensure efficient secondary sales flow.
- Build and maintain strong trade relationships.
Market Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of all reports.
Brand Visibility & Merchandising
- Ensure effective execution of trade promotions and merchandising guidelines.
- Work with the marketing team to implement brand activation programs.
