Responsibilities & Context:
Classic Chemical Industries Limited is a well-known paint manufacturer and distributor in Bangladesh, committed to safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and career-oriented fresh graduates to join our Sales team as Trainee Officer – Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Support sales activities to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers.
Visit assigned markets regularly to understand customer needs and market trends.
Assist in developing new customers and expanding market coverage.
Monitor product availability, visibility, and competitor activities in the assigned territory.
Collect and communicate market feedback, sales information, and competitor intelligence.
Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and product delivery.
Follow up on customer orders, outstanding payments, and other sales-related matters.
Prepare regular sales and market visit reports.
Perform other sales and business development activities as assigned by management.
Training & Probation:
1 year probation period.
The first 3 months will be on-the-job training covering sales operations, market management, customer handling, product knowledge, and business processes.
Confirmation:
After successful completion of one year, Trainee Officers may be confirmed as Officer or Senior Officer, based on performance, competency, and organizational requirements.
