Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors and retailers.
Ensure regular market visits and effective territory coverage.
Identify new business opportunities and appoint new dealers/retailers.
Monitor competitors, market trends and product performance.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from dealers.
Lead, monitor and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
Prepare regular sales, market visit and collection reports.
Implement company sales policies, promotional campaigns and strategies.
Ensure proper product visibility and brand development in the assigned territory.
