Responsibilities:
Actively promote company services to potential clients, agencies, and candidates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, training institutes, and educational partners.
Identify new business opportunities in the recruitment sector and achieve sales/marketing targets.
Conduct outdoor visits, presentations, and promotional campaigns to enhance the company’s brand presence.
Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis to management.
Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure smooth client servicing.
