Responsibilities & Context:
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors and retailers.
· Ensure regular market visits and effective territory coverage.
· Identify new business opportunities and appoint new dealers/retailers.
· Monitor competitors, market trends and product performance.
· Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from dealers.
· Lead, monitor and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
· Prepare regular sales, market visit and collection reports.
· Implement company sales policies, promotional campaigns and strategies.
Ensure proper product visibility and brand development in the assigned territory
