- স্পষ্ট বাংলায় কথা বলা এবং customer-কে convince করার দক্ষতা।
- ক্যামেরার সামনে যেকোনো পণ্য নিয়ে সুন্দরভাবে কথা বলার যোগ্যতা।
- Computer, WhatsApp ও Messenger ব্যবহারের সাধারণ দক্ষতা।
- Sales target নিয়ে কাজ করা এবং নিয়মিত follow-up করার মানসিকতা।
- নতুন পণ্য ও কাজ দ্রুত শেখার আগ্রহ।
- CapCut বা Digital Marketing জানা থাকলে বিশেষ অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
- আত্মবিশ্বাসী ও শেখার আগ্রহী প্রার্থীরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
- বাড্ডা এলাকার প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
Responsibilities & Context:
(Sales Conversion Focused)
একজন উদ্যমী ও দায়িত্বশীল Sales & Marketing Executive নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে। প্রধান দায়িত্ব হবে customer lead follow-up করে সর্বোচ্চ সংখ্যক sale নিশ্চিত করা।
কাজের দায়িত্ব
- ফোন, WhatsApp, Messenger ও Website থেকে আসা customer enquiry handle করা।
- কাস্টমারের প্রয়োজন বুঝে উপযুক্ত পণ্য recommend ও sale close করা।
- Interested এবং পুরোনো customer lead নিয়মিত follow-up করা।
- Order verification এবং customer information CRM software-এ update করা।
- প্রতিষ্ঠানের পণ্য সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জেনে customer-কে সঠিক তথ্য দেওয়া।
- ক্যামেরার সামনে আত্মবিশ্বাসের সঙ্গে বিভিন্ন পণ্য নিয়ে কথা বলা।
- Customer feedback নেওয়া এবং প্রয়োজনে product packaging-এ সহযোগিতা করা।
অফিস সময়: সকাল ১১টা–রাত ৮টা
