• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 5 to 7 years of proven field marketing experience, particularly in the lube oil, automotive spare parts, or workshop equipment sectors.

• Direct experience in engaging with workshop environments and managing client relations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle corporate environments.

• Personal motorcycle and a valid driving license are mandatory

• ​Promote and market workshop equipment directly to workshops and corporate clients.

• ​Build and maintain a strong network with workshop owners and industry professionals.

• ​Manage daily field operations and ensure smooth communication with on-ground personnel.

• ​Handle corporate relationships and business negotiations effectively.
