Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement business development strategies for BESS, ESS and hybrid energy storage solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities among industrial, commercial and corporate clients.
Conduct market research to identify potential BESS applications, customers and market opportunities.
Meet with clients to understand their power consumption, load profile, operational requirements and energy challenges.
Coordinate with the technical and engineering teams to develop suitable BESS solutions based on client requirements.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, solution concepts, proposals and commercial offers.
Develop preliminary BESS project concepts including system capacity, application, expected benefits and project requirements.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance and management teams for technical and commercial alignment.
Follow up on leads, proposals, negotiations and project opportunities until successful closure.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Analyze competitor products, pricing, technology and market positioning.
Attend exhibitions, seminars, conferences and industry events related to renewable energy, energy storage and power systems.
Prepare regular business development reports and track performance against KPIs.
Conduct client meetings and site visits across Bangladesh as required.
