Manage day-to-day showroom operations
Lead and supervise sales staff to achieve sales targets

Maintain proper product displays and showroom appearance
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse
Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
Train and develop showroom staff
