💼 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and lead the Business Development Team
• Generate and manage quality leads through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Behance & Dribbble
• Handle Marketplace Accounts, Proposals & Client Communication
• Handle and schedule client meetings, conversations & negotiations
• Manage Email & WhatsApp communication with clients
• Follow up with prospects and close deals
• Handle Client Onboarding and coordinate with internal teams
• Monitor lead quality, conversion and team performance
• Develop strategies for client acquisition and business growth
