1. Position Purpose
The Sales & CRM Intern will support Cityscape Lifestyle’s sales, customer relationship management, lead-generation and Passport-holder acquisition activities.
The intern will learn how to identify prospective customers, maintain accurate CRM records, communicate Cityscape Lifestyle’s offerings, arrange appointments, support sales presentations and follow up with prospects until registration, conversion or closure.
This is a performance-oriented internship designed to develop future Sales Executives, CRM Executives, Guest Relationship Officers and Business Development professionals.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Lead Generation
Identify prospective Passport holders, corporate clients, investors and business partners.
Collect qualified leads from approved online and offline sources.
Assist with corporate, professional, expatriate and HNWI prospect research.
Categorise leads according to location, profession, interest, financial capacity and engagement level.
Support campaigns, events, referrals and promotional activities.
Ensure that all collected information is obtained and used lawfully and ethically.
B. CRM Management
Enter every assigned lead into the approved CRM system.
Maintain accurate contact details, lead sources, conversation notes and next-action dates.
Update each lead’s status, such as:
New Lead
Contacted
Qualified
Appointment Scheduled
Presentation Completed
Follow-up Required
Registration Pending
Converted
Lost or Inactive
Maintain daily follow-up schedules and reminders.
Avoid duplicate, incomplete or unauthorised customer records.
Prepare daily and weekly CRM activity reports.
Protect confidential customer and company information.
C. Prospect Communication
Contact assigned prospects through approved telephone, email, WhatsApp and digital communication channels.
Introduce Cityscape Lifestyle professionally and explain its Passport-based ecosystem.
Share only approved brochures, offers, presentations and registration links.
Ask relevant questions to understand the prospect’s lifestyle, hospitality, wellbeing and business interests.
Arrange appointments, property tours, presentations and follow-up meetings.
Record all important conversations and customer requirements in the CRM.
Maintain professional language, courtesy and prompt response standards.
D. Sales Support
Assist Sales Executives and the Head of Sales in preparing proposals and presentations.
Support the Passport registration and documentation process.
Follow up on incomplete applications, pending documents and scheduled payments under supervision.
Help prepare prospect lists for different Passport tiers and corporate solutions.
Participate in sales meetings, campaign reviews and conversion discussions.
Support referral development and reactivation of inactive leads.
Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Guest Relations and other departments when authorised.
The intern must not independently promise prices, discounts, returns, credit facilities or contractual benefits.
E. Guest Experience and Site Visits
Welcome scheduled prospects with a positive and professional attitude.
Assist in conducting guided tours of approved Cityscape Lifestyle facilities.
Coordinate appointment timing with reception, operations and guest relations teams.
Collect structured feedback following tours, events or presentations.
Ensure each prospect receives timely follow-up after the visit.
F. Reporting and Learning
Submit a Daily Activity Report before leaving the workplace.
Attend daily briefing and weekly performance-review meetings.
Report customer objections, service concerns and market feedback.
Complete assigned training on the company, CRM, sales communication and customer privacy.
Study approved scripts, FAQs, Passport benefits and objection-handling guidelines.
Request managerial support whenever information or authority is insufficient.
3. Daily Work Process
Review assigned leads and overdue follow-ups.
Attend the sales and CRM morning briefing.
Contact new and existing prospects.
Update every interaction in the CRM immediately.
Schedule qualified appointments and presentations.
Follow up on registrations and pending actions.
Coordinate approved site visits and sales activities.
Submit the Daily Activity Report and next-day action plan.
Educational Requirements
Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Hospitality, Communication or a related discipline.
Candidates from other academic backgrounds may apply if they demonstrate strong communication and learning ability.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM software, digital communication or social media is an advantage.

The final package will be determined by management. A recommended structure is:
Monthly internship allowance: BDT 10,000–15,000
