Responsibilities & Context:
* Manage procurement of food, beverages, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
* Source, evaluate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
* Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
* Coordinate deliveries and maintain accurate purchasing records.
* Track stock movement and minimize inventory loss and wastage.
* Analyze supplier pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Ensure the quality and timely availability of all purchased materials.
* Collaborate with the operations and kitchen teams to support daily business requirements.
