Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
MBA will be considered an added advantage.
1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement.
Experience in industrial equipment, engineering products, compressors, HVAC, MEP, or manufacturing industries will receive preference.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Strong knowledge of procurement and inventory management.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Good command of both English and Bangla.

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented Sr. Executive – Supply Chain Management who will be responsible for procurement, sourcing, inventory planning, logistics coordination, and supplier management to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Execute end-to-end procurement activities for local and international purchases.
Source new suppliers and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
Collect quotations, prepare comparative statements, negotiate prices, and process Purchase Orders (PO).
Coordinate with overseas suppliers regarding shipment schedules, documentation, and order status.
Work closely with C&F agents, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure timely import and customs clearance.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock for fast-moving products and spare parts.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accounts, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Track supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and pricing.
Prepare procurement plans based on sales forecasts and inventory requirements.
Ensure proper documentation of procurement, import, and inventory records.
Analyze purchasing costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
