• Age At least 25 years

• Graduate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, estimation, or interior fit-out projects.

• Strong knowledge of quantity analysis, rate analysis, and cost estimation.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, SketchUp and other relevant software.

• Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, construction methods, and market pricing.

• Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, and communication skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience in interior fit-out or construction projects will be highly preferred.

• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for interior design and fit-out projects.

• Review architectural, interior, structural, and MEP drawings to prepare accurate quantity take-offs.

• Prepare cost estimates, material quantities, labor requirements, and project budgets.

• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and scope of work.

• Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.

• Prepare rate analysis and evaluate material and execution costs.

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to verify project requirements.

• Track changes in project scope and update BOQs and cost estimates accordingly.

• Assist in budget monitoring, cost control, and variation assessment.

• Maintain accurate records of project costing, BOQs, quotations, and related documentation.
