• Age 26 to 35 years

Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.

Good understanding of ERP, Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.

Ability to prepare cost models, operational layouts, and business presentations.

Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bangla.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.

Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, or process optimization techniques will be considered an added advantage.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Logistics Solutions, Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Distribution, or Process Improvement.

Experience in a 3PL, FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics organization will be preferred.

Experience in warehouse implementation, project coordination, or solution design will be an added advantage.

Support the Logistics Solutions team in designing and implementing efficient 3PL and supply chain solutions based on customer requirements.

Assist the Head of Logistics Solutions in developing and implementing logistics solution strategies aligned with business objectives.

Prepare solution-based proposals, process flow diagrams, and operational layouts for new business opportunities.

Analyze customer requirements and recommend cost-effective warehousing, transportation, and distribution solutions.

Conduct operational studies to identify opportunities for process improvement, productivity enhancement, cost optimization, and Lean initiatives.

Assist in setting up new client operations, warehouse start-ups, and implementation of new business projects.

Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, IT, Finance, HR, and other stakeholders during project implementation.

Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflow documents, and operational controls for new and existing operations.

Prepare cost models, financial analyses, business cases, and return on investment (ROI) calculations for proposed logistics solutions.

Support Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), warehouse automation, digitalization, and system improvement initiatives.

Participate in Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP, and process implementation projects.

Conduct system testing (UAT), user acceptance support, and prepare user manuals where required.

Deliver user training and provide post-implementation support for operational systems and processes.

Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion within approved timelines.

Maintain effective relationships with existing and prospective customers to support business growth and customer retention.

Conduct market research on industry trends, logistics technologies, automation, and best practices to recommend continuous improvements.

Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and project updates for management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, health & safety standards, and applicable laws of Bangladesh.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Logistics Solutions or Management.
