• 8-12 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Planning, with a strong understanding of
• ERP systems, procurement processes, and digital transformation.
• Strong SCM process knowledge with functional understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP/MM.
• Proven process optimization mindset with experience in business requirement documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
• Experience working with MIS/IT teams on digital transformation projects.
• Exposure to automation tools and a foundational understanding of Al and analytics will be considered an advantage.

The Senior Manager - SCM Digital, Automation and Al will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of the Corporate SCM Digital Transformation roadmap, acting as business owner and process expert who bridges SCM business teams and MIS/technology teams to deliver digital, automation, and Al initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Drive execution of the Corporate SCM Digital Transformation roadmap, including procurement automation, vendor
• portal, master data governance, planning automation, inventory optimization, and Al-driven SCM solutions.
• Conduct AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping and identify automation opportunities across procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier management.
• Provide SCM functional expertise for ERP/MM initiatives, defining business requirements and validating solutions from a business perspective.
• Prepare BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, coordinating closely with MIS and implementation partners.
• Support identification and rollout of Al use cases such as demand forecasting, supplier risk monitoring, and spend analytics.
• Lead project governance - planning, risk tracking, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive user adoption through training, feedback collection, and continuous improvement.
• Define KPIs and track benefit realization, including cost savings, cycle time reduction, and productivity gains
