Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Warehouse, Inventory or Store Management.

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Super store.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation and warehouse operations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and inventory/iBos Akij software.

  • Ability to prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports.

  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Honest, disciplined and highly responsible with strong ownership mentality.

  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain inventory accuracy.

  • Experience in E-commerce/F-commerce warehouse operations will be given preference.

  • Leadership and team management experience will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:

Prince Super Shop Limited is looking for Warehouse Incharge.

Working Location: Pragati Sarani Main Road, Baridhara, Block-J, Gulshan, Dhaka-1212, Bangladesh.

Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Manage daily warehouse operations and inventory activities.

  • Receive, inspect, store and dispatch products accurately.

  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.

  • Monitor stock movement, returns, damages and discrepancies.

  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory audits.

  • Coordinate with Operations, Procurement and Customer Service teams.

  • Ensure proper product storage, warehouse cleanliness and safety.

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and minimize stock loss.

  • Generate daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports.

  • Follow company SOPs and improve warehouse efficiency.
