Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/MBA, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Research, or a related field; professional certification in data collection/analytics is advantageous.

• 1 to 2 years

• Age At least 25 years

• 1-2 years of experience in depot operations, market surveys, field research, internal audit, or corporate governance within a conglomerate or multi-sector corporate environment in Bangladesh.

• Strong analytical rigor with the ability to synthesize raw field data into clean, structured reports.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Al tools for executive reporting.

• Familiarity with digital survey platforms, data querying tools, or field mapping software is highly preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to navigate cross-functional demands.

• High attention to detail, professional integrity, and willingness to travel extensively across remote markets in Bangladesh.

The Executive, Remote Audit & Market Survey will be responsible for strengthening audit and market intelligence capabilities through remote monitoring of depot operations and effective market surveys - identifying control weaknesses, monitoring exceptions, and collecting market data to support timely, actionable business decisions.

What You Will Do

• Conduct remote reviews of depot operations, transactions, and key business processes, including invoicing, cash management, inventory, and vendor activities.

• Identify control weaknesses, operational irregularities, and potential fraud indicators, and follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.

• Perform pre-payment audits, surprise reviews, and support investigations as required.

• Conduct systematic market surveys across Bangladesh, collecting and validating data on product availability, pricing, competitors, and distribution trends.

• Monitor competitor activity and market price movements to flag emerging risks and opportunities.

• Coordinate with depots, factories, and stakeholders to gather information and ensure timely completion of assignments.

• Prepare accurate audit observations, working papers, and market survey reports for management review.

• Support ad hoc assignments and special projects as directed by the Chief Audit Executive.
