The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will define and execute the company's technology vision, architecture, product engineering strategy, cybersecurity framework, and technology operating model building a secure, scalable, and commercially sustainable FinTech platform as a member of the executive leadership team.

What You Will Do

• Define and execute the company's technology strategy, architecture, roadmap, and investment priorities aligned

• with business objectives.

• Serve as strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on technology performance, risk, cybersecurity posture, and

• regulatory readiness.

• Lead the end-to-end product engineering lifecycle, including design, development, DevSecOps, and quality assurance.

• Architect and maintain a secure, scalable, API-driven platform supporting rapid customer acquisition and transaction

• growth.

• Oversee core FinTech operations, including e-KYC onboarding, wallet/ledger systems, payment processing,

• and settlements.

• Ensure operational resilience through capacity planning, disaster recovery, business continuity, and SLA/KPI

• management.

• Embed security-by-design and privacy-by-design principles, ensuring compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations,

• PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.

• Implement robust data governance, fraud monitoring, and responsible use of AI/ML across the platform.

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology organization spanning engineering, architecture, cybersecurity,

• and data.

• Drive secure integrations with banks, MFS providers, and payment networks, and manage technology vendors

• against service-level and compliance standards.
