Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with property owners and close deals.
High energy, self-motivation, and a strong target-oriented mindset to consistently achieve daily and monthly goals.
Comfort and willingness to undertake extensive field work, including road-to-road visits across assigned areas.
Basic proficiency in using smartphones and internet applications for reporting, communication, and listing management.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with property owners and support seamless customer visits.
A keen eye for identifying quality listings and evaluating property potential in the field to drive deal conversions.
Qualifications
Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in field sales or the real estate sector will be considered a strong advantage.

The Property Acquisition Officer / Property Hunter will be the driving force behind our on-the-ground property sourcing efforts. Operating in a dynamic, field-based role, this position is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and listing diverse property types while building strong relationships with property owners to achieve daily and monthly acquisition targets.
What You Will Do
Conduct road-to-road and area-based field visits to source properties.
Acquire To-Let, Sale, Furnished, Service Apartments, Land and other properties from the market.
Identify property owners and build strong relationships with them.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly acquisition targets.
Collect accurate property information and negotiate competitive prices/terms.
Submit daily property sourcing and listing reports to the Team Leader.
Coordinate property verification and website listing.
Support customer property visits and deal closing when required.
Continuously develop new and quality property listings within the assigned area.
