Responsibilities & Context:
Manage inventory of sweets, dairy products, and related raw materials.
Maintain accurate records of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and other inventory items.
Monitor daily stock receiving, issuing, transferring, and closing balances.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess stock, and discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Store, Accounts, and other relevant departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Maintain proper documentation for all inventory transactions.
Ensure proper stock control and minimize inventory loss or wastage.
