Responsibilities & Context:
Communicate with customers and manage order receiving & delivery process
Handle customer complaints & feedback in a professional manner
Update and maintain customer data & order information in ERP Software
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery team to ensure timely dispatch
Monitor product stock and update availability regularly
Prepare daily order reports and submit to management
Follow up with customers for order confirmation
Ensure excellent customer service experience at all times
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management
