Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare daily and monthly transport & delivery reports.
Prepare ghat/depot feasibility and location-wise distribution cost analysis.
Analyze route-wise transportation costs and cost variations.
Prepare management notes and approval proposals as required.
Prepare monthly delivery and distribution cost presentations.
Analyze per-bag distribution cost and revenue.
Prepare annual logistics budget and budget variance analysis.
Conduct feasibility studies for new ghat/depot operations.
