Key Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Material Requirement Planning (MRP), BOM, and material consumption patterns.

• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Basic knowledge of ERP and supply chain management systems.

• Good understanding of fabrics, trims, and apparel materials.

• Strong follow-up, communication, and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Material Planning, Supply Chain, or Production Planning.

• Experience in the apparel, fashion, or retail manufacturing industry is preferred.

BYSL Global Technology Group is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Executive, Material Planning & Analytics to manage material planning, tracking, and reporting, ensuring timely material readiness for approved product programs and production requirements. This role involves coordinating with Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Material Development, Production, and Warehouse teams, as well as suppliers, to ensure all materials are planned and delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Material Requirement Plans based on seasonal demand, approved product programs, Bills of Materials (BOM), and consumption data.

• Calculate fabric, trims, accessories, and other material requirements with high precision.

• Review and validate Bill of Materials (BOM) and consumption data.

• Create seasonal material plans aligned with production schedules and launch timelines.

• Coordinate with relevant teams regarding changes in product quantities or material requirements.

• Maintain daily material data entry and update planning databases, ensuring high standards of data accuracy across all tracking sheets and reports.

• Coordinate with Strategic Sourcing and Procurement for PO execution.

• Track material orders from placement until final delivery.

• Monitor supplier lead times and committed delivery dates to prevent production delays.

• Identify delayed or insufficient material supplies and escalate risks immediately.

• Coordinate with the Material Development team regarding fabric and accessory trials.

• Track development status and required approvals.

• Ensure that development-related materials are available according to the required timelines.
