• Practical knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee overall transport operations to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective delivery.

• Manage daily transport activities, including vehicle dispatch, route planning, scheduling, and real-time tracking.

• Ensure the availability, proper utilization, and timely maintenance of transport resources, including vehicles, drivers, and related assets.

• Lead and supervise the transport team, including drivers and helpers, by providing proper guidance and operational support.

• Monitor and improve delivery performance and prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), operational costs, productivity, and trip frequency.

• Coordinate effectively with internal departments, team members, customers, and the Sales team to ensure smooth transport operations.

• Ensure driver availability for assigned vehicles and take necessary initiatives to maximize daily delivery and vehicle utilization.

• Prepare and submit various operational reports as required by management.
