• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Leather Engineering
• University of Dhaka,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• At least 1 year

• Age At least 28 years

• 1-3 Years.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Merchandising/Supply Chain, Footwear Material, EGP, Tender and Contract Management.

• 1-3 years of Experience in supply chain management and local purchase and outsourcing.

• Self-motivated, energetic, and with an extensive travelling mentality.

• Excellent negotiation skill with a good knowledge on material price and sourcing.

• Able to work under pressure and handle diverse, cross-functional tasks as part of a team.

• Visit prospective suppliers to source materials, negotiate pricing, and coordinate financial activities.

• Prepare Store purchase Requisition or Order sheets or BOM based on demand and inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize shortages or overstock.

• Coordinating e-GP activities, tender management, and contract execution.

• Analyze material, labor, and manufacturing overhead costs and working on the optimization.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.

• Coordinate with R&D, suppliers, and QC teams to develop tender samples that meet technical specifications, quality standards, and target costs.
