Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, Finance, or management Accounting from a reputed university.

CA/CC partly qualified candidates will get preference.

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in internal audit of a manufacturnig company.

• Conduct operational, inventory, and compliance audits as per the audit plan.

• Verify compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.

• Perform physical verification of raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and fixed assets.

• Identify control weaknesses, operational risks, and recommend corrective actions.

• Review production, warehouse, procurement, and inventory processes.

• Prepare audit reports, maintain documentation, and follow up on corrective actions.

• Conduct surprise audits and investigations when required.

• Coordinate with factory departments to collect audit information and resolve findings.

• Assist in improving internal controls and operational processes.

• Implement cost control measures and monitor factory expenses.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, audit requirements, and legal regulations.

• Work with auditors for internal & external financial audits.

• Perform any other audit-related responsibilities assigned by management
